Service Description
Have you practiced yoga before and would like to get back into it? If you are familiar with the common poses and looking for a movement class with a mind/body connection, try the Flow class. It’s dynamic: we link the breath to movement; it’s strengthening: expect some core, legs and arms work; and it’s also relaxing: we practice restorative poses & meditation. We go from one asana to the next through smart transitions, and we work on something different every week. Class usually flows as follows: opening/tuning in, general warm-up, targeted warm-up, peak pose and cool down. The class is usually infused with a theme of yoga philosophy and you will also learn pranayama (breathing) techniques. This class takes place every Friday at 12.30pm at Yoga no Bairro, in Campo de Ourique.
