Service Description

A prenatal & postnatal class, for expecting & new moms, to move, breathe and connect together. Each sequence is gentle & relaxing and specifically tailored to the pregnant and postpartum bodies. Prepare your body for birth through stretching and breathing exercises, and reconnect with your body after baby is born. Bring baby along (8 weeks to 6 months old)! This class takes place every Wednesday at 11am at Studio Organic Flow, in Campo de Ourique.
