In a world where most of us are living with heaps of stress, at an unsustainable rhythm and are constantly stuck in our minds, ins.prana came to the world with the mission to contribute to tackle these issues.

The inner journeys that Inês facilitates are a blend of breathwork, sound healing, movement, somatic awareness, vocal tuning and shadow work that allows you to go much deeper into your own inner world than any other technique. Join the weekly group sessions, 1:1 deep journeys or an exploratory workshop - get to know yourself better, learn tools to deal with your own struggles and gain a new perspective of the world that will make your life more effortless.

About Inês: Inês is a former finance and pharmacist professional who after a series of burnouts started the journey of deep introspection in hopes to live a less overwhelming life. She is a certified trauma-informed breathwork practitioner (800h) with Alchemy of Breath and an Insanely Gifted teacher.

Contra-indications for breathwork: Glaucoma, retina detachment, cardiovascular disease cerebral and abdominal aneurysms, epilepsy, schizophrenia and bipolar (not followed) and diabetes/thyroid conditions/high blood pressure without being controlled and medication, pregnancy and surgeries with less than 6 months.

 

If you have any of these conditions you may still breathe with us but in an adapted way. However, I recommend you talk with your primary care practitioner and check with them.
